If you are not pleased with a product you purchased from us, just let us know. All returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Purchasers are responsible for return shipping, unless products were received damaged.

All returns must be accompanied with an RMA # on the outside of the return shipping package.

To receive an RMA # please call 1-814-472-9530 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Monday-Friday.

Any items without an approved RMA # will  be refused and returned to the sender.

No cancelations will be accepted if an item has been shipped to the purchaser. The item will need to be returned with an approved RMA # before the item is canceled or refunded.
